The database can be searched by any one of the categories. The search is independant of case, for instance searching for "ford" will find "Ford" as well as "ford". You can fill in part of the search criteria to broaden the search, for instance searching for "ford" in the Street Name field will find property in "Ford Road", "Guildford Street", Guildford Road, "Fordwater Estate" and "off Fordwater" etc. You can search in more than one field at the same time. When more than one field has an entry the result will be properties that satisfy all the criteria specified. If you leave all the fields blank and click on the FIND button, all entries will be listed in alphabetical order by Ward and then by numerical order of Terrier reference.
